These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Creaturalda webshop.

Creaturalda sells handmade and/or artistic products, including posable art dolls.
Important:
-These products are not toys
-Not suitable for children
-Intended for collectors and display purposes only
-Products may be fragile and must be handled with care
-Creaturalda is not liable for damage resulting from misuse or improper handling.

Payment is considered complete after processing and confirmation.
Creaturalda reserves the right to:
-Refuse or cancel orders
-Cancel orders in case of pricing errors

8. Risk & Delivery
Orders with tracking are shipped at the customer’s risk
Creaturalda is not responsible for lost packages, except for stickers under the conditions below
Sticker Exception: resend if not delivered within 1 week
9. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees
10. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions:
-Items must be unused and undamaged
-Returned in original condition and packaging
-Return shipping is at customer’s cost and risk
Refunds:
-Issued via original payment method
-Customs fees are non-refundable
11. Exclusions from Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-Custom-made or personalized products

Creaturalda’s liability is limited to:
-The value of the purchased product

-Loss due to shipping issues outside its control

-Images
-Branding
…are the property of Creaturalda.
It is not permitted to:
-Copy, reproduce, or resell without permission
-Sharing on social media is allowed with proper credit. @creaturalda_puppets on Instagram.
14. Force Majeure
Creaturalda is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g. shipping disruptions, pandemics, etc.).
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.
